BNY Mellon Active Investor provides a secure, user friendly portal to support the online inquiry and transaction needs of your shareholders. Active Investor seamlessly integrates needed functionality, such as opening and maintaining accounts, e-delivery of statements and tax forms, and buying, selling and automatic investing capabilities, into your existing service model. A virtual assistant delivers immediate help to your shareholders when and where it is needed—on screen as actions are being performed.

 

The portal can conform to your brand standards to provide your shareholders with a holistic branded experience.  Changes can be deployed quickly and easily to support your evolving brand strategy. 

The AdvisorCentral portal provides a simple and intuitive way for financial advisors and their staff to access their clients’ consolidated mutual fund account information. Firms using the portal can enhance their distribution efforts while providing  valuable functionality for their financial advisors to help them manage and grow their business.

 

Coming in 2023 we will introduce our new Active Advisor portal. Designed to streamline practice management, Active Advisor will replace AdvisorCentral to deliver an entirely new user experience focused on simple and user-intuitive action steps, streamlined navigation and more robust capabilities.
