The Community Partnership program offers distinctive employee giving programs that are responsive to employee interests, flexible enough for cultural variations and respectful of charities supported over time.
The Community Partnership program encourages volunteer and fundraising experiences in communities where BNY Mellon employees live and work. This global program offers regional flexibility and a variety of options for participation. Highlights of the program include two days of Paid Volunteer Time annually for eligible employees; regionally led team and individual volunteer project opportunities; and a corporate match to charities for team volunteer time and team fundraising efforts.
The annual Community Partnership Campaign is available to employees around the world. During the campaign, employees are encouraged to contribute money and time in their local communities to a wide range of organizations. Benefits available during the campaign include company matching contributions for personal giving and a third day of Paid Volunteer Time.
