We take great pride in our highly selective Emerging Leaders Program, an initiative that attracts top undergraduate university students interested in a business career in the financial industry.
Over the course of a year, Emerging Leader Program participants develop technical, professional and interpersonal skills by attending a four-week professional skills training course — complemented with on-the-job development opportunities during three rotations (12 to 14 weeks each) through a dedicated functional area within BNY Mellon. The program offers six tracks that provide experience and expertise in different areas: Risk, Finance, Audit, Human Resources, Investment Services and Investment Management. 2016 will mark the third year of the program, with participants from the U.S., UK and Ireland invited to take part.
