Brian Shea is a Vice Chairman of BNY Mellon and a member of the BNY Mellon Executive Committee. He is also Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon Investment Services, which comprises the following businesses: Alternative Investment Services, Asset Servicing, Broker-Dealer Services (U.S. government securities clearance and tri-party repo collateral servicing), Clearing Services (Pershing), Corporate Trust, Depositary Receipts and Treasury Services. Brian also oversees Client Service Delivery (operations), client adoption of the BNY Mellon NEXENSM digital investment platform, and leads the Business Improvement Process for the company.
