Insurance Client Segment
Vincent Pacilio is an Executive Vice President and Global Head, Insurance Client Segment at BNY Mellon. Mr. Pacilio’s responsibilities include working with BNY Mellon’s Investment Services and Investment Management business in establishing Insurance Segment specific priorities and strategies to create long term client value. In addition, Mr. Pacilio leads the Insurance Global Client Management team focusing on the firm’s top insurance clients and is personally responsible for developing strategic relationships with several key Platinum Clients.

Mr. Pacilio has over 28 years of banking and management experience. He began his career at The Bank of New York in 1987 as a management trainee and joined the Bank’s prominent Communications, Entertainment and Publishing Division in 1988 where he held various client management roles and leadership roles. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1996 and assumed increasing leadership responsibilities.
In 2000, Vince relocated to London as a member of the European Executive Committee and assumed responsibility for the Bank’s European Media Group and Capital Markets Group, including loan syndications, debt capital markets and private equity sponsor coverage. Vince returned to New York in 2003 to head the Bank’s Specialized Industry Banking Groups until assuming his role as head of all Corporate Client Management activities in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Pacilio added the Insurance and Healthcare segments to his responsibilities and in 2013 he assumed his current responsibilities.
Mr. Pacilio received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University and a MBA from the William E. Simon School at the University of Rochester.
