Mark acts as the liaison between the institutional segments of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation represented by Asset Servicing, Global Client Management, Corporate Trust, their customer base and Equity Capital Markets (ECM). The target audience Mark services includes the same organizations mentioned in Bob Carroll’s profile as well as public corporations. ECM is a full service investment bank and broker-dealer that underwrites offerings, acts as agent & riskless principal in securities transactions and works closely with each client to create customized and innovative solutions. Mark has been in this capacity at ECM since 2008.
Mark began his stock market career 28 years ago as a block order clerk on the NYSE floor for the former EF Hutton & Co. Next was a period in OTC market surveillance for NASDAQ, followed by significant experience to his current role at two other large custodial banks. Mark has specific experience in Portfolio Rebalancing / ETF trading, corporate share repurchase, at-the-market equity issuance and directed brokerage programs. He holds the Series 7, 55, 63 & 79 Finra licenses. Mark is a graduate of Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
