Global Head of Enterprise Resiliency Office
Jeffrey Kuhn has over 30 years of experience in financial services. He joined BNY Mellon in 1998 and is currently an Executive Vice President, leading the Enterprise Resiliency Office. He is responsible for ensuring the continuity of BNY Mellon’s operations in support of our clients and markets globally. This includes resiliency strategy, policies, documentation, simulations, testing and reporting across the Company’s first line of defense.
He has held positions in the Bank as the COO for several of the global businesses, shared operations across Client Service Delivery, Chief Administrative Officer for the Global Corporate Trust division and manager of the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Trust acquisition Project Office. Immediately following 9 -11, Mr. Kuhn played a key role in the recovery of the Company and then managed Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for the entire firm. He was the global head of e-Business and Chairman of the Bank’s Internet Steering Committee.
Mr. Kuhn has held positions in the Asset Servicing divisions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank and for 10 years at Bankers Trust Company.
He received his Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 1981.
