BNY Trust Company of Canada Appoints Brad Foley as Business Development Officer for Eastern Canada

NEW YORK, July 11, 2012 – BNY Trust Company of Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNY Mellon, has appointed Brad Foley as vice president and business development officer for Eastern Canada, with responsibility for increasing the company's sales coverage throughout the Ontario, Quebec and Maritime provinces. Foley is based in Toronto and reports to Sonia Chaliha, managing director and head of Latin America and Canada at BNY Mellon Corporate Trust.

Foley was most recently an assistant vice president of business development for Computershare Trust Company of Canada.
