Michelle Palombo, Electronic Banking Managing Director for BNY Mellon Treasury Services, discusses our new Payment Analytics Service currently being designed to help you understand – and effectively manage – your day-to-day straight-through processing (STP). To help meet the demands of vendors and clients for immediate – and accurate – payments, the service aims to provide wire payment trend information to help you quickly see the status of those payments, anticipate the availability of funds and effectively manage your current cash position.
An enhancement to our USD Wire service and accessed via TreasuryEdgeSM – our electronic banking portal – the BNY Mellon Payment Analytics service is designed to provide graphical detail related to STP rates, inquiry reporting and historical trend data for an in-depth view of how wire payments are moving through your payments system, and where there may be delays.
