BNY Mellon Named Among 'Most Just Companies' and Recognized for Championing a Culture of Inclusion

BNY Mellon has been named among America’s "Most Just Companies" list by JUST Capital, recognizing the firm for its commitment to serving employees, clients, the environment and shareholders. BNY Mellon ranked within the top 25 companies on the list, also placing #1 on their Capital Markets list.

JUST Capital collects and analyzes data to rank how the 1,000 largest public U.S. companies perform across 20 issues that Americans prioritize regarding workers, customers, communities, the environment and shareholders and governance.

 

Additionally, for the 16th consecutive year, BNY Mellon has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
