Sudish Panicker

Sudish Panicker is Managing Director and Head of BNY Mellon India, a strategic growth center across Pune and Chennai, delivering a wide range of services for the company’s investment management and investment servicing businesses to global clients across 35 countries and over 100 markets.

Based out of Pune, Sudish drives and implements BNY Mellon’s Global strategy at the firm’s India Global Delivery Center that focuses on enhancing Client Experience, driving Innovation, delivering Operational excellence, managing Risk and scaling Talent.

Prior to assuming the role of Head, BNY Mellon India, Sudish led delivery and location strategy for groups within Asset Servicing and Investment management. He joined the company’s India center in July 2009 at Pune and played a key role in scaling and maturing capability to deliver end to end functions to clients and businesses.

Sudish is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant and a certified Six Sigma black belt with key competencies in Accounting, Global Capability Center management, financial services management, commercial banking, client management, service delivery, transitions & solutioning and re-engineering. He is a member of Economic Times India Leadership Council, Institute of Directors, India Management Association and Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) and a renowned speaker in multiple industry forums.
