We have added “sourcers” to the talent team, which is a new role charged with proactively building a pipeline of candidates for high-volume, high-demand roles. Our newly redesigned career site is now our second-most-visited website (after our corporate home page). In addition, we increased our presence on Glassdoor.com and LinkedIn.
