Our investor base includes relationships with a diverse group of buyers of tax-exempt and taxable bonds, including corporations, mutual funds, investment managers, trust departments, hedge funds and high-net-worth individuals.


  • We can provide financial advisory services to issuers on new issuance of debt, derivative transactions and investment of bond proceeds. We have experience to advise on the full range of municipal offerings including transportation issues, revenue bonds, commercial paper and personal income tax bonds.


  • Capital Markets uses portfolio optimization to analyze your planned expenditures/investment needs and create a portfolio of fixed income securities based on your permitted investment parameters and liquidity requirements. We help you implement a customized plan, created for your project draw-downs, sinking or reserve funds, pension funding, tax payments or settlements & acquisitions.
