Global Head of Client Support
Jen Wagner is a Managing Director responsible for leading Treasury Services’ Global Client Support team. In this role, Jen is responsible for directing the client facing relationship servicing, onboarding and KYC administration teams across APAC, EMEA, LatAm and North America.
Before joining Treasury Services in late 2017, Jen ran BNY Mellon’s Pittsburgh Innovation Center. As the head of the Innovation Center, Jen was responsible for advancing BNY Mellon’s innovation strategy that included positioning the company as an industry leader, attracting and retaining talent, changing the culture at BNY Mellon and advancing the Pittsburgh Innovation Center’s goals related to business and technology co-location.
Prior to this role, Jen was a leader on the Digital Workplace team. Digital Workplace is dedicated to improving the employee experience with technology. Jen and her team helped ensure technology solutions were user friendly, well communicated and that our 50,000+ employees knew how to take full advantage of a given capability.
Joining the company in 2000, many of the programs Jen has led have fallen in the end user computing space, often being large, enterprise-wide programs. Before Digital Workplace, Jen was the Program Manager for a Desktop Transformation program that included enterprise-wide migration to Outlook, initiation of the Windows 7 Migration Program and a series of other end- user computing initiatives. Prior to that, Jen was the CAO for the Technology Integration team during the merger of Bank of New York and Mellon Financial.
Additionally, Jen is active in BNY Mellon’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), a member of the WIN Executive Committee and a founding member of the Women in Technology Employee Resource Group (ERG), working to attract, retain and advance women in technology. Jen helped establish this ERG and grow BNY Mellon’s partnership with the Anita Borg Institute (ABI). BNY Mellon received ABI’s award for Top Company for Women Technologists in 2015 and has been recognized on ABI’s Leadership Index for three consecutive years. Jen has represented BNY Mellon at ABI’s Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing conference for the past five years. Jen is also a member of the GenEdge ERG and active in various mentoring programs across BNY Mellon.
