Jennifer Fredericks leads business development efforts for BNY Mellon’s US Corporate Trust Public Finance group throughout the Midwest and Northeast, having filled previous roles at the firm of senior relationship manager and senior client service manager.
Jennifer’s experience with clients ranges from state-level issuers to local municipalities and spans structures from traditional tax-exempt financing to public private partnerships (P3s) and project finance.
Having joined BNY Mellon in 2015, Jennifer’s previous experience includes a nationally known nonprofit as well as management of corporate escrow and commercial paper for JPMorgan.
In addition to her work at BNY Mellon, Jennifer is an adjunct professor at Calumet College of St. Joseph, teaching masters’ level Project Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management as well as Strategic Planning.
Jennifer serves on several nonprofit boards and she is a leadership team member of WIN, BNY Mellon’s women’s leadership group, sits on the board of Chicago Women in Public Finance and is an avid knitter for Knots of Love, an organization providing hand knit hats and blankets to cancer patients. Jennifer also serves on the Executive Committee as Vice President of Conferences and as Communications Chair for the national board of Women in Public Finance.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
