- Digitally enhancing client service: I encourage you to read more about how our Head of Digital, Roman Regelman, is leading the charge to advance our digital capabilities and transform several components of the client experience. Within Issuer Services, we are aggressively implementing new digital capabilities aimed at improving the timeliness and efficiency of your business interactions with us – and you’ve likely already noticed a difference as a result of those initiatives.
For example, BNY Mellon Escrow AdvantageSM is a U.S. service offering designed to reduce the amount of time and effort that many clients and law firms spend setting up and managing escrow and associated paying agent services. Since we’ve launched it in March, we’ve heard positive feedback from clients.
- Delivering new levels of capabilities and value. In today’s digital economy, we have more opportunities to provide new and improved solutions. We’ve continued to build a strong foundation as we upgrade to a new platform for administering traditional loan and CLO products. Features such as online hypothetical trading, compliance testing, and real-time portfolio reporting will be accessible through our LoanArcSM platform this fall. These features will provide more transparency and access to quality information in a more timely fashion. We look forward to the benefits we will provide clients, which, again, is part of our effort to enhance the client experience.
- Our talent and clients are our greatest assets, always. For as long as I’ve been with BNY Mellon, I’ve worked with some of the most talented employees and clients in the industry. This year the Depositary Receipts team’s hard work resulted in BNY Mellon winning all three “Best Depositary Bank” titles awarded globally, including the EMEA Finance “Best DR Bank,” the Global Finance “Top DR Bank,” and APAC’s Asset Triple A Award for “Best Depositary Receipt Bank.” These awards are a testament to the successful collaboration between our clients and the Depositary Receipts team.
