Today’s interns are the future of the finance industry. So we wanted to hear from them what workplace or financial services industry trends they’re excited about as they think about working full time.

One reason I have always wanted to work in the financial services industry is because the capital markets are ever-changing and unpredictable. It is exciting working for a company that interacts with and is affected by changes in the capital markets. For me, it is important to not come into work and do the same thing every day. Working in financial services almost guarantees that every day will be different. – Drew M., Wealth Management, Pittsburgh

There is a lot of talk about millennials and how we are driving a lot of trends in the markets today. I find it super interesting to try and match "millennial behavior patterns” I see in my everyday life with potentially smart investment ideas. – Anushree G., Investment Management, Boston

I really like the trend of encouraging younger employees to move around the business. It’s a great way of giving us a breadth of knowledge with which to succeed, as well as helping us find what we’re passionate about. – Conor H., Global Client Management, London
