In a recent ranking from Working Mother, in partnership with the AVTAR Group, BNY Mellon’s iNautix organization was named to the 2016 “Top 100 Best Companies for Women in India” list.
The Best Companies for Women in India Study 2016 identifies the best practices and policies followed by companies for increasing women’s workforce participation. More than 350 companies in India participated in this inaugural survey edition, based on Working Mother’s similar survey of U.S. companies.
In addition to key demographics related to a company’s workforce, the study also comprehensively examined the practices and policies an organization has in place to attract, engage, retain and develop women with considerations such as work flexibility, paid leave, benefits, company culture and work-life programs.
“Across the globe, BNY Mellon has an exemplary reputation for championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace,” said Mohan Narayanaswamy, COO and head of iNautix. “We are invested in our people and I am very proud of this latest recognition of our commitment to our entire iNautix workforce here in India.”
BNY Mellon was also recently named the 2016 Leadership Index by Anita Borg Institute (ABI), a non-profit organization focused on the advancement of women in computing. In 2015, the company received the top honor from ABI, being named the Top Company for Women Technologists. iNautix was ranked one of India’s Best Companies to Work For by the Great Place to Work Institute in 2016.
