BNY Mellon's Benefit Disbursements area issues checks and ACH payments to our clients' pensioners. We also provide tax reporting when applicable. This site is designed for individuals who are currently receiving a pension payment issued by BNY Mellon. You can now inquire on your pension payments on-line. Additionally, you can change or update information pertaining to your payments. Our goal is to fulfill your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have not received your monthly pension check, please notify us. We can inform you of the mailing date and if necessary process a replacementcheck request. We must allow at least 10 days from the payable date of the check before we can begin the replacement process. At that time, we will place a stop payment on the check and a replacement check will be mailed within three business days. Some companies require that their pensioners contact them directly to request a replacement check. We will inform you at the time of your request if this is a requirement of your company.

To ensure that your check or ACH Direct Deposit Advice is delivered to you as quickly as possible, please notify us immediately of any changes in your name or address. Also, please notify us, as well as the pensioner's former employer, upon the death of a pensioner who is receiving a payment from BNY Mellon on behalf of the company from which they retired. The pensioner's former employer will be able to give you pertinent information regarding survivor benefits if applicable.
