Program Highlights
This 18-month program consists of three 6-month rotations across Finance. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be placed into full-time roles within the Finance department.

Ideal Candidate
- Current undergraduate student graduating by May 2023
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field (preferred)
- Interested in building a broad-based skillset in the Finance disciplines
- Intellectually curious
- Aptitude for analytic thinking and problem solving
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply
