Our Global Internship Program offers a world of opportunity where careers begin. You’ll be challenged and inspired as you collaborate with internal and external teams on diverse projects and contribute your business acumen and technical skills. Formal recruitment for positions in the Global Internship Program begins at the start of each calendar year. The program runs from mid-June to mid-August each year. The BNY Mellon Rotational Development Program (RDP) will kick off with a four-week orientation program in New York (for U.S. employees) and London (for EMEA employees). The RDP includes business overviews and training in global capital markets, BNY Mellon products and services, risk, business skills and leadership presence. After orientation, employees will participate in three four-month rotations that combine learning with skill development through practical work.
The RDP offers ongoing learning assignments that develop technical, professional and interpersonal skills in addition to other development activities including mentoring, networking events and executive presentations.
Upon successful completion of the rotations, participants will be matched to a full-time position based on their skills and interests, as well as the needs of the business.
