Meet some of the 2018 BNY Mellon Stars whose leadership and purpose inspire us all.
Every year BNY Mellon recognizes a select group of experienced, mid-career professionals for achieving our company’s highest standards of performance and excellence. They hail from our offices around the world and are chosen for their outstanding contributions and the way they exemplify our company's strategy and culture.
Here we’d like to introduce you to a few of our Stars notable for their extraordinary commitment to our clients, our company, and our communities.

Maria-Kristina Hayden, Global Head, Cyber Wargames and Engagement, Information Security, Technology, New York, NY: Maria has established a world-class, global cyber wargame program that engages technology teams, the lines of business and the company’s clients in order to prepare them for cybersecurity incidents. Her bias toward taking action also extends into the community, where she promotes the involvement of women and minorities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Pankaj Mane, Investor Services Operations, Transfer Agency EMEA, Client Service Delivery, Pune, India: Pankaj, honored as a Chairman’s Star specifically for his work in the community, is a change agent in the true meaning of the word. Eric Warren, EMEA Technology Compliance Lead, Technology Risk Management, Risk and Compliance, London: As a veteran of the British Army, Eric came to BNY Mellon through the company’s Returning Military program, which is run by its Vetnet employee resource group.
