We call these areas Global Delivery Centers. These centers exist in all regions of the world but, at this time, we are focused on the following locations: United States, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East & Africa.


United States

Investment Services - Our service-oriented teams work to maximize client portfolio value using custom products and services that provide in-depth analyses of transactions, assets and funds based on client needs and requirements. Central New York (Syracuse/Oriskany)

With nearly 1,700 employees, BNY Mellon has been part of the Central New York community for more than 25 years. Opportunities in this region include:

Client Service Delivery (CSD) – CSD helps clients conduct business, service assets and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. At every stage of the investments lifecycle — creating, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing and restructuring assets — CSD is at the center of the action.

  • Global Operations/Treasury Services Operations/Shared Services – Our operations teams assist more than 4,500 clients in 35 countries in moving money and associated information quickly, safely and reliably. Cash Processing, Trade Finance, Reconciliation and Enterprise Billing functions are located in Central New York.
  • Asset Servicing/Issuer Services – Our employees help clients enhance the management, administration and oversight of the investment process. Businesses located in Central New York include Benefit Disbursements, Financial Institutions Custody Client Service, Investment Support Services, Unit Investment Trust, Securities Operations, U.S. Tax Operations, Loan Operations and Corporate Trust.

Information Technology – Disciplines include distributed systems and mainframe development, database management, program/project management and application security. Consideration will be given to qualified IT professionals with a desire to work in Central New York, regardless of the primary location stated in the position description.

Established in 2005, BNY Mellon's Manchester location has more than 1,000 employees working across two city center locations in areas including:

Global Markets – Global Markets specializes in an array of value-added global risk management solutions offering investor, corporate and correspondent bank clients a comprehensive suite of innovative products and consultative services. These include basic foreign exchange (FX), customized multi-currency hedging and yield-enhancing strategies, as well as a full range of currency, equity and interest rate derivatives products.

Client Service Delivery - (CSD) encompasses key operational areas of BNY Mellon into one global team to better support our businesses and serve clients around the world. CSD helps clients conduct business, service assets, and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. BNY Mellon's Wroclaw operation employs approximately 550 people. Areas of growth include:

Hedge Fund Accounting – We provide a complete range of accounting and administration services for complicated fund structures. We also handle all financial accounting and record-keeping, pricing and corporate actions.

Mutual Fund Accounting – Our service offering includes daily reconciliation of trades and cash positions, trade bookings and cash reporting.

Middle Office – We offer a suite of services for alternative investment managers across Europe: trade execution and order management, trade confirmation processing, trade reconciliation and settlement, portfolio pricing, position and P&L valuation.
