BNY Mellon has for the second consecutive year been named “Best Islamic Custodian” by Global Finance magazine.
Global Finance’s Islamic Financial Institutions awards – announced in May 2019 – aim to identify banks and other financial institutions that best serve the specialized needs of corporations as they engage in global business, using criteria including global coverage, customer service, risk management, range of services, execution skills and smart use of technology.
Hani Kablawi, CEO of Asset Servicing and Chairman of EMEA at BNY Mellon, said: “We are honored to be recognized once again by Global Finance as a leader for Islamic custody. This is a testament to our dedication in providing quality solutions to our clients and our extensive experience in the Middle East and beyond.”
