Paul Camp is the Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon Treasury Services and a member of the BNY Mellon Executive Committee, the company’s senior-most governing body. The Treasury Services business offers solutions in global payments, trade services, cash management, and foreign exchange. It operates in 36 countries, helping organizations optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and make payments more efficiently in more than 120 currencies. Its services help clients conduct payment operations, ensure adequate liquidity, and manage risk.
Paul is an action-oriented executive and decision-maker in a rapidly changing treasury services environment, and a strong advocate for transformative innovation that enables clients to be more successful. Prior to joining BNY Mellon in August 2018, Paul spent his career at both industry-leading global financial institutions and entrepreneurial technology startups. He led and grew global businesses for JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank. As the first CFO at Circle Internet Financial, Paul was directly involved with the early stages of developing, growing, and funding an innovative consumer-facing fintech.
Paul holds a B.A. in Classical Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is widely recognized across the industry and is a frequent speaker, including at major industry conferences and events, and is often cited in the mainstream and trade media.
