Meet Lee Alycia

Lee Alycia is part of BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust Chief Operating Office team and focuses on collecting and compiling metrics to identify trends for use in senior management reporting and risk meetings.

What excites you about working at BNY Mellon?

There are many things that excite me, most of all the people. As a global organization, the diversity within BNY Mellon is tremendous, and I enjoy learning about my colleagues’ backgrounds, interests and life stories. It provides opportunities to learn how to be a better person and an agent for positive change.

What does Women’s History Month mean to you?

Women’s History Month is an opportunity for everyone to learn about the contributions and achievements of women in spite of adversity. These women inspire future generations to persevere, and show that anything and everything is possible. Most recently, with the elevated push for inclusion and equality, women’s history is being made daily.

Tell us how you’re living our “passion for excellence” value at BNY Mellon.

I approach each day with my best self and a smile on my face. I do my best to lead by example in my day job and through my involvement in our various employee and business resource groups. I hope that I can show others that excellence can be achieved in spite of challenges.
