Program Highlights
During the program, which runs 10 weeks in the U.S., India, EMEA and APAC. Summer interns in all regions and across different lines of business will participate in dynamic programming consisting of:
- A senior speaker series
- In-person and virtual technical, financial and professional learning & development
- Formal and informal networking events
- Mentoring activities with assigned senior and peer mentors
- A strategic business challenge
- End-of-summer presentations to respective business stakeholders
Eligibility
- Enrollment in a four year undergraduate (U.S.) or full-time undergraduate (UK) degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors
- Rising senior (U.S.) or penultimate year students (UK) during summer of 2023
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better (U.S.) or 2:1 (UK)
- Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Should not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply

Credit Services is comprised of Credit Management, Institutional Lending and Syndications. The teams have broad credit responsibility, including the management and coordination of credit extensions by the Institutional Bank, underwriting responsibility for traditional credit and structuring, pricing, and administering multi-bank financings and buys and sells credit facilities in the secondary loan market.
