Cynthia Svacina

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services industry, Cynthia Svacina serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Latin American region. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and operational processes for the region and coordinating the regional shared services activities. In this capacity, she is a member of the Latin America Executive Team reporting to the Chairman of the region.

Prior to this role Cynthia was Chief Administrative Officer for the Asset Servicing Business in Brazil, coordinating major initiatives such as FATCA, Volker and internal policies implementation. She was also responsible for the strategy and implementation of new Asset Servicing products team in Latin America. Cynthia´s previous working experience includes Goldman Sachs, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Gávea Investimentos.

Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Finance from Faculdade de Ciências Políticas e Econômicas do Rio de Janeiro Candido Mendes.
