As an experienced rated Master, Primary and Special Servicer since 1998, BNY Mellon’s Commercial Mortgage Services group can support CMBS, CRE and various types of non-consumer based loans (including Franchise & Business Loans, Distressed Loans and Tax Assessment Bond Servicing).

 

Our team will ensure the collateral receives the attentions of an unbiased, independent provider.  We service and administer the loans in accordance with all the provisions of servicing agreements and underlying mortgage loan documents, including all direct interaction with borrowers, billing and collection of payments and posting to loan system.

Our Document Custodian Secured Web System (WebDCS) allows you to see your portfolio of loans and collateral reports, and monitor the review and certification status throughout the day.

We provide the Master Servicing role for many RMBS asset types, including prime, subordinate-lien, adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs), subprime, reverse, and re-performing transactions.

 

Master Servicing is an integral service in the global asset securitization market. We also service reverse mortgages and home equity conversion mortgages (HECMs), HAMP loans and other loans requiring enhanced modification.
