It is very important to keep our clients informed about regulatory changes and reporting. Frequently we consult our clients to understand their requirements to make sure our offering still meet  their needs.

Besides personal meetings with our clients and other stakeholders in the market, we organise roundtable sessions, client seminars as well as publish white papers to inform our clients. BNY Mellon is an active participant in local industry bodies and we are also in direct, regular contact with the Dutch Central Bank to discuss the evolving regulatory landscape.

In addition to our participation in consultations issued by the regulator on regulatory changes and their interpretation, BNY Mellon engages in discussion with the Dutch Central Bank on the feasibility of the requirements.
