In a recent BNY Mellon survey of about 200 asset managers globally, 93% of respondents said that they are expanding plans to increase the use of analytics and insights in portfolio management. But at the same time, 49% said that obtaining real-time, high-quality data was one of their top three challenges, and 46% said the same about the reliability, completeness and freshness of data and sources.
