Our Summer Management Associate Program (SMAP) is a 10-week summer internship opportunity for high-performing, high-potential MBA and Master’s degree candidates looking to make an impact in helping to develop and implement the firm’s long-term objectives while responding to the increasingly dynamic financial services ecosystem.

Program Highlights

Each incoming SMAP cohort is a vibrant group of individuals that are entrepreneurial, self-directed, intellectually curious and experienced in leading complex projects with a global mindset. Programming includes:

  • An Executive Committee speaker series, including breakfast with the CEO
  • Learning & development opportunities (financial, technical and leadership topics)
  • Networking and teambuilding activities
  • Tour of the New York Stock Exchange and Opening Bell viewing
  • Business project(s) aligned to key priorities
  • Community Partnership event
  • Client opportunities

2021 Summer Management Associate Program applications will launch in Fall 2020. Please check back for updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Current MBA or Master’s degree candidates graduating in 2022. Preferred fields of study beyond MBA include Master’s in Financial Engineering, Technology Management, Analytics or Data Management.
  • Applicants with minimum of two years prior work experience are preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in management consulting, financial services, technology and/or a start-up environment.
