Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year program (U.S.) or full-time undergraduate (UK) degree program with a strong focus on business-related subjects like Data Science Operations Management, Statistics and Analytics
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better (U.S.) or 2:1 (UK)
- A strong candidate possesses intellectual curiosity and self-motivation, a drive to innovate, and a commitment to excellence
- Strong creativity and problem solving skills
- Should not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future, in the region where they apply

Accounting Services was established in 2018 to enhance BNY Mellon’s integrated accounting capabilities across the organization. The organization now includes the following divisions: Brazil Fund Administration Services, Fund Accounting and Administration, Structured Funds, Global Institutional Accounting, Global Risk Solutions and Securities Data Management.
Client Activation is a Center of Excellence utility which focuses on the key areas of Know-Your-Customer, Contract and Document Management, and Global Market Activation, Investment Management Services, and Asset Conversions for businesses across Investment Services. The Client Experience organization is focused on delivering a consistent and premier end-to-end client experience to our clients. The group interacts with clients on a daily basis to deliver the best-in-class experience. The Client Experience organization is the liaison, bridging our clients with our service as well as connecting the dots across other areas of the company including products, relationship, sales, marketing, pricing, contracts and technology.
Markets Operations provides operational support to BNY Mellon’s wider Markets business. This includes transition and onboarding of Markets clients, supporting pre-and post execution within the Fixed Income, Equity, Securities Finance and FX trade lifecycles and servicing of the various markets products and regulatory reporting.

Tax Services insures BNY Mellon properly withholds income tax and reports related income and tax to tax authorities. The function also requests refunds of tax from various global tax authorities on behalf of clients.
