The ELP allows participants to develop leadership skills, build networks across the organization and accelerate their careers, while providing a deep understanding of a targeted business or function through a mix of targeted in-classroom learning that cultivates business acumen and leadership skills along with on-the-job business rotational assignments and a strategic business challenge. The program consists of:
- Small, selective program size that allows for more personal attention and support.
- Vibrant onboarding and training curriculum designed specifically for summer analysts.
- Visibility and exposure to senior leaders and executive management one-on-one and in small cohorts.
- Full commitment from top-level management to make our program the premier talent pipeline program within the financial services industry.
