Sam Oh is a Senior Consultant with Global Risk Solutions, Asset Servicing at BNY Mellon. He manages a West coast client base with combined assets over $80 billion in pensions, endowments, foundations and corporations. Through a consultative client service model, he offers expertise and best practices for performance measurement, analytics and risk management. His focus includes streamlining investment reporting, delivery and the presentation of industry leading investment reporting capabilities as well as investment risk management.
Sam has over 20 years of experience in the financial investment industry and 12 years at BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions streamlining investment reporting, optimizing asset allocations and mitigating investment risk. Recently Sam co-authored a white paper on fixed income analysis, Fixed Income Strategies: Equipping Institutional Investors with Tools to Evaluate in Difficult Markets. As a Senior Consultant, he continues to lead in innovation by being a key advisor to design and develop advanced reporting, analytics, and attribution at BNY Mellon.
Sam is a member of the CFA Association of Los Angeles and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He graduated from California State University Fullerton in Political Science and a degree in Master of Business Administration at the University of California Irvine with an emphasis in Finance and Technology.
