Ethics Training

Every employee receives annual ethics training designed to stress the general principle that good ethics is good business. Training focuses on the importance of ethical behavior and understanding the Company's Code of Conduct (Code), related policies and values. The objective is to assist employees in understanding the importance their individual decisions have in ensuring corporate-wide ethical business conduct. Employees also receive information concerning the confidential options available to them to submit questions about the Code and to report concerns regarding ethical business conduct.

In addition to training, each year all employees are required to re-commit their compliance with the Code and related policies. Employees are required to confirm their obligation to uphold the Company's values and to do business in full compliance with the Code.
