This program is designed to assist you with your preparation for a career at BNY Mellon. During the 90 days of training, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your current skills while learning various new languages and platforms that will start the foundation of your career.

  • Java, Java Web Programming and Java Web Security

This program is designed for you to make an impact within our most highly-visible projects. Your first rotation will be in Pittsburgh where you will have the opportunity to network with senior management, make long-lasting bonds with your fellow LDP colleagues and get a true sense of BNY Mellon's technology. With that kind of foundation, not only will you know, firsthand, what it's like to be a part of an organization that delivers real value on a global scale, but you will also be fully prepared for your second rotation which could be in Pittsburgh, Syracuse or New York City.

After successful completion of the rotations, LDP participants are placed in full-time positions within BNY Mellon Client Technology Solutions.
