Executive Vice President, Head of Strategic Sales
Bruce C. Miller, Executive Vice President and Global Sales Coordinator of BNY Mellon, manages the Global Strategic Sales Division, which is responsible for 1) companywide cross-selling campaigns and initiatives, including revenue synergy efforts stemming from the BNY-Mellon merger, 2) the enterprise-wide CRM system, 3) Business Intelligence / sales analysis, and 4) Global Sales Training. In addition, Mr. Miller is presently the head of the Global Client Management Transition team in connection with the BNY-Mellon merger.
Following completion of the Bank's Management Training Program in 1985, Mr. Miller served as a relationship manager in the Corporate Banking Sector covering the Midwest market until 1995, when he relocated to become the Head of the Western Division in Los Angeles. In 2000, Mr. Miller returned to New York City to head the Automotive, Central, Western, and Endowment & Foundations divisions.
In 2001, Mr. Miller was asked to put a formal framework around the Bank's sales and relationship infrastructure which facilitated the development of the Global Strategic Sales Division. Mr. Miller was named Global Sales Coordinator in 2005 and promoted to Executive Vice President in 2006.
Named to the Operating Committee in 2007, he is also a member of the Company's Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and Global Co-chair of Prism, the Company's LGBT Affinity Network. A resident of Manhattan, Mr. Miller earned a BA degree in Philosophy from Hamilton College in 1985 and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 1992.
