- Achieved a 30 percent reduction in internal copy paper usage from 2008 baseline, equivalent to $1 million in savings
- On track to achieve a 10 percent reduction in GHG from our tracked real estate portfolio (excludes data centers and non-U.S. properties) from 2008 baseline

- Continue to be a leader among financial institutions in environmental sustainability
- Develop a 10-year capital plan focused on sustainability projects and building efficiencies
- Continue to pursue LEED Commercial Interior and Existing Building certifications
- Develop corporate-wide design and construction guidelines and document performance
- Publish a corporate Environmental Sustainability Policy Statement
- Launch an enterprise-wide sustainability database for tracking and managing GHG emissions and other sustainability metrics including energy, water, waste and paper
- In EMEA, reduce employee on-site copy paper consumption from a 2011 baseline by 20 percent by 2016, with a 30 percent reduction to be achieved by 2019
- Achieve our first ISO 14001 certification and continue to expand the program to other EMEA locations
