Timothy F. Keaney


Tim Keaney is co-Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, which provides institutions worldwide with global custody, global fund services, foreign exchange, securities lending, global liquidity services, transfer agency, transition management, trustee/depot bank services, offshore fund administration, benefit disbursements, performance analytics and hedge fund administration.

BNY Mellon Asset Servicing is recognized around the world as a leader and innovator in delivering broad capabilities that support global investment activity. BNY Mellon Asset Servicing is the leading securities servicing provider as well as the largest global provider of performance and analytics, the largest lender of U.S. Treasury securities and depositary receipts, and a leading offshore fund administrator.

Mr. Keaney is also a member of the Company's Executive Committee, the organization's most senior management body, which oversees day-to-day operations.

Prior to the merger of The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and Mellon Financial Corporation, he was head of The Bank of New York's asset servicing business and head of that company's presence in Europe, with management responsibility for all business activities in the region.

Mr. Keaney joined The Bank of New York in 2000 as a Managing Director responsible for depositary receipts, one of the Company's largest securities servicing businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Keaney was a Senior Vice President of Deutsche Bank, with management responsibility for sales and client management for custody, asset administration, performance measurement, asset management, funds transfer and trade finance activities based in London, England (1998-2000).

Mr. Keaney is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
