
Community Partnership
The Bank of New York Mellon Community Partnership program is focused on supporting employee team volunteering and fundraising activities, as well as company matches for employee charitable giving. This program is global in reach but local in execution.
Team Volunteer and Fundraising Program
The Community Partnership program encourages team and individual volunteer experiences in communities where the Bank of New York Mellon operates. This global program offers regional flexibility and a variety of options for participation. Highlights of the program include two days of Paid Volunteer Time annually for eligible employees; regionally led team and individual volunteer project opportunities; a corporate match to charities for team volunteer time and/or to reimburse teams for project supplies and a corporate match to charities for team fundraising efforts.
Global Giving Campaign
The Global Giving Campaign is exactly what its name suggests. It's global available to employees around the world. It's about giving encouraging employees to contribute their money and time in their local communities to a wide range of organizations. And it's a campaign the opportunity for all employees to come together during a set time of year to make a major impact through our Community Partnership program.
Individual Matching Gifts
This program enables employees to have their donations to registered charitable organizations matched by the company. The Individual Matching Gifts program is currently available in the U.S. and UK and will soon be available in other countries.
